Chuck Demarco, Founder and Principal of JK Staffing, has been in the Insurance Recruiting Industry for 15 years.  He was born and raised in New York and has a degree in Business Administration/Economics from Ithaca College.  Chuck relocated to Los Angeles in 1985 and currently resides in Manhattan Beach with his family.  Prior to the recruiting industry, Chuck had a proven track record in sales.  His expertise and experience in recruiting and sales, allows us to be successful in achieving our clients and candidates needs.   Chuck has also contributed to several children sports programs, such as AYSO, MBYB, Mira Costa High School Softball, Football and Baseball.  He is also a member or the Eldorado Men's Golf Club. JK Staffing is an active member of the (MBEF) Manhattan Beach Education Foundation and a contributor to the Los Angeles Firefighter & Police Organization.
